How to Enter

Participants may enter the Competition multiple times, provided that each entry is
supported by a separate and valid till slip. Each unique till slip will count as a single

It is the responsibility of each participant to ensure that all information submitted,
including their personal details and uploaded till slip images, are accurate, complete,
and up to date. The uploaded images must be clear and legible. Additionally,

Cash Prizes
A total of four cash prizes will be awarded during the Competition. One winner will be
selected each month in June, July, August, and September 2025. Each monthly winner
will receive a cash prize of ZAR 80,000 (Eighty Thousand Rand). Cash prizes are non-
transferable and cannot be exchanged for other goods or services.
10.

allocations and disqualifications, are final and binding. No further correspondence will
be entertained regarding Cerebos’ decisions, which are conclusive.
12.
Notification
Cerebos will make reasonable efforts to contact the selected winners once per day for
a period of three (3) consecutive working days following the prize draw. Should a
winner be unreachable for any reason, including but not limited to technical difficulties,
or if their eligibility or personal details cannot be verified within this timeframe, the prize
will be forfeited and an alternative winner will be selected.
13.
Verification
Winners will be verified using the mobile number provided at the time of entry. As part of the verification process, each selected winner will be required to:
• Provide a valid South African identity document or acceptable proof of identity;
• Confirm that the phone number used to enter is registered in their name;
• Submit valid and accurate South African bank account details, not older than 3 months, in their own name for the prize payout; and
• Comply with any additional verification checks reasonably required by Cerebos.
Winners will have forty-eight (48) hours from the time of initial contact to complete the verification process. Failure to do so, or to provide correct and valid information, may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner.
14.
Disqualification
Cerebos reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant or winner under the following circumstances:
•If the winner cannot be contacted after three (3) consecutive working day attempts, or fails to submit required verification documents (such as ID, proof of bank account) within forty-eight (48) hours of being notified;
• If any form of fraud, attempted fraud, cheating, or manipulation of the entry process is suspected, including (but not limited to) falsifying data, using fake till slips, manipulating codes, or submitting entries via automated means such as bots, scripts, macros, commercial entry services, vote-swapping platforms, or other tools not authorised by Cerebos;
• If the participant is found to have acted in bad faith or contrary to the spirit or intention of the Competition;
•If any participant attempts to enter more than the permitted number of times through deceptive tactics.
All associated entries of a disqualified participant will be declared void.
15.
Cash Prize Payout
Once a winner has been successfully contacted and their details verified, the cash prize will be transferred to the verified South African bank account provided during the verification process.
The payment will be processed via standard Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) within fifteen (15) working days from the completion of verification. Please note that the funds may take additional time to reflect in the account, depending on the winners bank’s processing times. Allow up to three (3) working days for the transfer to reflect in the bank account. Cerebos is not responsible for any delays caused by the winner’s bank. Prizes will only be paid into an account in the winner’s name and held at a registered South African financial institution. Cerebos is not liable for any delays arising from incorrect or incomplete banking details provided by the winner.
16.
